Hey! I’m Nora, founder of Parayma

True, lasting paradigm shifts ask us to do the inner work, not just the outer work. After 16 years of dedication to changework, out of which the last eight were focused on systems change, I realised that there was something fundamental missing from the systems change courses out there: practical support that meets the changeworker where they’re at, insights bridging the inner and outer world, and guidance from someone who has been there in practice, not just theory, and who doesn’t shy away from talking about the hard stuff.

We can't stop at training people and encouraging them to bring their contribution, we also need to prepare ourselves for the challenges we will face.
