Work With Us
Collage of various elements, natural and manmade, including flowers, a globe, a laptop, rocks, a tree stump, mushrooms, frogs, bees and books to symbolize the symbiosis between the work we do and the natural world.

Championing you to make your unique contribution

every step of the way

You’re here because you care and you want to make a difference

But shifting paradigms is hard work. When you’re burned out by the very structures you’re trying to change, your inner world needs to be as much of a priority as the outer world so you can continue to give your role the time and energy it needs to see change.

We work with three groups of changeworkers:

To not only receive guidance on how to make moves in their field, but to receive support for themselves as individuals so they can thrive, not simply survive.

We’ve all ‘survived’ for years, and it’s not enough anymore. What if it didn’t need to be this hard?

Hey! I’m Nora, founder of Parayma

True, lasting paradigm shifts ask us to do the inner work, not just the outer work. After 16 years of dedication to changework, out of which the last eight were focused on systems change, I realised that there was something fundamental missing from the systems change courses out there: personalised support that meets the changeworker where they’re at, insights bridging the inner and outer world, and guidance from someone who has been there in practice, not just theory, and who doesn’t shy away from talking about the hard stuff.

Because a huge thing that isn’t sufficiently happening is preparing people for the challenges they will meet. Like I wish someone had done for me, eight years ago.

I am committed to a more just and regenerative future, and that includes changeworkers too. Parayma is my way of deepening my contribution and supporting more changeworkers and aspiring systems change leaders to work through the challenges that are unique to the wide field of systems change work.

What if changeworkers could bring their unique contribution and thrive whilst doing so?
